WOOP is an acronym that stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, and Plan. Let’s jump into WOOP!

1. Wish: First, you start with a vision of your ideal, most important goal. Picture the details.

2. Outcome: Visualize the outcome.
Think about the success of your goal.
What does it look like when completed?
Why are you fired up about achieving this goal?
What benefits will you achieve?
What’s in it for you?

3. Obstacle: Here is where you rub that vision up against reality.
Identify the obstacles you’ll likely face and the limiting beliefs you will have to deal with along the journey.

Remember, obstacles make us stronger.

4. Plan: Create a plan.
Consider what you’ll need to do when facing those obstacles and how you will move through them.
