External Influence:

It is difficult to maintain balance and peace inside the chaos of external influences.  

No matter how ambitious you are, some people use the fact that you are a woman against you! The sad truth is - people's opinions often matter more than they should. 

In today's world, a woman can be destroyed with a simple story faster than a man.

It is hard to believe how far some people will go to hurt others in order to keep them from succeeding.

Confidence: 

Being a confident woman isn't always considered positive, but it is one of the most important qualities to cultivate. Self-confidence is what turns thoughts into action. It's a feeling of self-assurance, appreciating your unique qualities and abilities. And an inner belief that you are enough! You are worthy! 

Validation: 

Confident people don't need validation from others to acknowledge their achievements, and at the same time - it doesn't hurt to have the support of those around you. 

Support:

So many people teach women to be their own cheerleaders and distance themselves from those who don't support them. The sad truth is the people closest to you, your kids, parents, partners, and co-workers, are the ones that hurt you most.

There needs to be another way. 

🔸 It must align with your inner compass.

🔸 Guide you and support your values and your truth.

🔸 Allow you to be yourself and simultaneously allow others the dignity to express themselves.

This new way needs to: 

🔸 Serve your deepest needs.

🔸 Respect your emotional triggers.

🔸 STOP the past from reoccurring. 

🔸 It must create new outcomes, not the same old fights or conflicts. 

🔸 It must give way to a new possibility for connection and human potential.
